Order & Delivery
Our shipments are usually handled with DHL. Tools with excess length (greater than 1.20 m) are shipped with DPD or GLS.
We ship our axes, hatchets, hoes and shovels in high-quality, secure shipping cartons that come from sustainable production.
As filling material for our axes and hatchets we use untreated wood chips, which are a by-product of the production of our handles. You can use the shavings in many ways, e.g. as decoration, filling material for cushions, animal bedding and much more.
Our garden tools do not need any filling material at all and are fixed in the shipping carton by suitably designed holders (also made of cardboard). So the probability of damage in transit is minimal.
We charge € 4.95 as a flat rate for shipping within Germany. From an order value of 60,00 € the shipping is free within Germany.
Please note that shipping costs to other countries may be higher. The amount of shipping costs is calculated automatically during the payment process.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
You can contact us via the contact form. Our experts will take a look at your request and get back to you with a solution or requests for more information, such as photos.
Of course, you can also return your order to us within 14 days, without giving any reason. To do this, you just need to send us an informal letter about the exercise of your right of withdrawal via the contact form or by mail.
If you want to return your order within 14 days, you only have to send us an informal letter about the exercise of your right of withdrawal via the contact form or by mail. We will then send you a return label via e-mail. Then put the tool in a shipping box, seal it and stick the return label on it. You can then return the package to us free of charge at a DHL acceptance point.*
If you want to complain about your tool or if the period of 14 days has expired, please contact us via the contact form, stating the reason for the complaint.
