ADLER QUALITY

Enjoy your time in the great outdoors! Our axes and hatchets are designed for maximum functionality and ergonomic use, so you don’t have to worry about having the right tool. The blades are forged exclusively from certified carbon steels (C60 or C45), ground to a razor-sharp edge and coated with rust protection. We craft our tool handles from genuine US hickory or European ash. Both types of wood are specifically approved by DIN for forestry equipment. The end of the handle on all axes and hatchets is coated with a special anti-slip varnish. This ensures your tool always sits securely in your hand, whether you’re wearing gloves or not.

SINCE 1919

We love nature and we love working outdoors in the fresh air. With our tools, we want to help you discover your love of nature. We have been crafting the highest quality forged tools in Waghäusel for over 100 years. As one of the last companies in Europe, we combine woodworking and blacksmithing under one roof. We place the utmost importance on sustainability: we use only FSC®-certified European ash or genuine US hickory, as well as water-based varnishes. Our entire company is heated using the wood shavings produced during manufacturing.
